Renovation of an existing warehouse building.  Formerly bricked in window openings were re-opened, repaired, and new windows installed throughout.  Various interior repairs, including lining of a cracked existing storm sewer line were performed, and a basement space was renovated to include a new gym tenant, and additional storage units.
